Refund and Return Policy
1. Order Cancellations:
Due to the customised nature of our products, including the printing and framing process, resources and costs are immediately allocated once an order is successfully placed. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for order cancellations at any stage.
2. Damaged Orders:
If an order arrives damaged, we will offer a full replacement. Please contact us with proof of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Framing Issues:
3.1 Faulty or Incorrect Framing:
If the frame is faulty or not as per your order, we will replace it. Please contact us with details and proof of the issue.
3.2 Framing choice:
If you are unhappy with the framing choice you made, we do not offer refunds or re-framing services for this reason.
4. Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds or accept returns if you change your mind about the photo or product.
5. Delivery Issues with Australia Post:
All framed orders are shipped with tracking, signature on delivery, and insurance through Australia Post. You will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
